I am about to tell you a story of stories.
First, let me tell you who I am. My sister is Kathy Danziger who is married to David Danziger.
So you know that at the end of June 2016, they were now a little more than middle class rich, and it wasn’t long before that when they were on a fast track to going broke, and I happened to step in, thanks to a fortuitous event. But now I am getting ahead of myself.
On June 28, 2016, my sister started her second Facebook account and placed this photo
where it remains; and you will see that there has been no further activity.
This FB account and her older FB account were taken down in late September 2016 and only recently they have both been reinstated but I can only see the one FB account of my sister from my regular FB account. So she has blocked me from seeing her a little more active FB account where she shows for everyone to see her 69 odd FB friends.
On September [21], 2016, the day I arrived in Israel to figure out what my sister Kathy, my two elder brothers Neil and Melvin as well as David Danziger were up with regard to my mother Zena’s “healthcare needs”, my sister Kathy sent me this email:

This “bring money” was a distraction from my elder siblings and David Danziger having gone behind my and my mother Zena’s back and placed 6 days earlier, an Israeli lawyer, Ayala Weisel, a friend of my sister, as the guardian of my very cash and real estate rich mother, on the basis that no family member was in a position to take care of my mother and second, that my mother was suffering from “advanced dementia”.

As you read my commentary, you are learning about a one of a kind cruelty like none other in the history of humankind.
Note the silence of the now 793 odd independent views. Bear in mind that most of the people coming to this video are people who know my mother and me.
Each one of the 29 videos which you can access by clicking on “read more” tells you first of all that you have never heard anyone so sharp as a tack.
My siblings and their co-conspirators knew this well ahead of my arrival in Israel because I had sent them taped phone conversations with my mother and me back on August 30, 2016 including this one where my most lucid, full of life mother Zena, explains my elder siblings’ value system:

Gary: Let’s come back to me; I want you to tell me again how you would describe me?
Zena: Are you my youngest son?
Gary: Yes
Zena: You are very nice, I like you. That’s it.
Gary: Would you say that you like your other children?
Zena: In their own way, but they are not like you.
Gary: In what way am I different?Zena: [Laughing] O Dear. You’re just different okay. You’ve got a point of view. There are things you believe in that you see to. I don’t think my other children believe in anything.
Bear in mind that when you hear my mother in the September 22, 2016 The Lady’s Speech video expressing that my siblings are “too busy”, neither my mother nor I were aware that a non-family member had been appointed as my mother’s guardian, removing my mother’s right to her body and property.
A person suffering from “advanced dementia” cannot speak. That means they can’t predict behavior. My mother predicted 3 weeks ahead my siblings’ state of mind.
Yes, when getting Israeli judge Yocheved Greenwald-Rand on September 15, 2016 to appoint non-family member Ayala Weisel as my mother’s guardian, they were all fully aware how well my mother had described them.
Moreover on October 5, 2016 at the court hearing following my siblings and Weisel getting Israeli police to remove me from my mother’s apartment at 1:30am on September 27, 2016, waking up my mother as well from a dead sleep, the Israeli judge, Yocheved Greenwald-Rand who had appointed Weisel as the guardian on September 15, watched and listened to the Lady’s Speech, but nor was she about to let anyone tell her how to do her job.
The Restraining Order against me remains in place, and I have not seen or spoken with my mother since October 8, 2016. They have prevented her from even speaking with me over the telephone.
While there are a great many people who have no morals and believe in nothing other than grabbing as much money as possible especially from good people who know them very well, here we have a situation where the abused elderly person is speaking so very clear in both her own defense as well as what my mother wishes.
My mother wishes to be with me, but the deck is stacked, and my mother remains captive in her Netanya apartment and is now pushing a walker; and according to her former one tenant whose rental bachelor apartment my siblings recently sold for 400,000 Euros, my mother’s health has deteriorated significantly and she didn’t recognize this tenant, Parisian, Pascal Nahon.
Would you have a problem in calling this “premeditated murder” for theft and vengeance?
Not to mention, neither the bachelor pad nor my mother’s much more valuable 2 bedroom + apartment on the water’s edge of Netanya which is on the same floor as the bachelor pad, have mortgages, just like all my mother’s principal residence is in England. My mother is also a British citizen and the British authorities say that their hands are tied because my mother took up residency in Israel. The only reason my mother was in Israel was because her second husband, Alan Zulman had come to Israel to receive medical treatment for his terminal cancer. He died on August 6, 2016.
There is of course much more to this story, and you might find the “sibling rivalry” and just another case of “elderly abuse” not very interesting.
Here is the interesting “money angle”.
16 years ago yesterday, I received the following email from a close friend of mine I grew up with in Durban, South Africa. Jeff Malatskey is a partner at Ernest and Young.

local financial services company in AUssie) and which you may not have
heard of , and ING which Im sure you have heard of. In addition I do some
work for Westfields which you may recognise in the USA context as theyve
been buying shopping malls all over the USA. The last client I work with
is 6 Continents which is a big hotel chain having intercontinental, holday
inns, crown plaza etc.
My role has changed somewhat as for around 4 years I was the business unit
leader for financial services (ie responsible for the results and a very
admin intensive role), and I was then promoted or demoted to a pure client
services role which is where Im am at. We are busy integrating Andersons

enough for this shit but there are many who would argue that we get paid
too much I guess.
Weve been building a house for around 9 months and hope it will be ready in
around 2 months time. it is exactly nex t door to the previous house we
owned but in a better position as its on the cliffs of Dover Heights
looking out to the Pacific. Are you ever going to get on a plane and come
visit in AUstralia? You would trully love the place given your love of
water, outdoors etc. You should make the trip one day if you have the
time and inclination.
The kids are growing up fast Talia is writing matric in 2 months and Orin
is 14 and getting ready to go to a bush school camp for 6 months. It is
compulsory at his school and they reckon it makes men of the boys, lots of
outdoor actifvities, abseiling, hiking, canoing,riding etc plus schooling
etc all designed to teach independence, confidence, teamwork, and
individuality. In addition they guarantee the boyswill keep their room
clean for a year afterwards so if that is true then it will be money well
spent.
I dont know whether you keep up with rugby at all or get to see any, but I
go whenever I can anc have seen most of the big games played in Suydney
over the last 10 years. I am a split voter as I love the wallabies but am
still a springbok supporter!
What else can I tell you – oh yes Ive had my mid life crisis and have
bought a sports car after so many years with a sedan. I still remember in
San Diego going in your fiat sports in winter freezing cold with the roof
down and the heater on!! ANyway Ive bought a 3litre BMWZ3 – I think its
called the shark in the USA? ANyway its great fun to drive and goes like a
rocket.

Jeff Malatskey never answered that question, not because he was incapable of answering, but rather because he knew that I had “hit on” something very important.
Nor do I wish to get into a discussion with you now, unless you so desire, about the valuing of a company.
What is important is that Jeff Malatskey and I then spoke on the phone. It turns out that he was best friends with one of David Danziger’s South African partners. In the course of this South African partner of David’s and Malatskey’s conversations, Malatskey had never heard my brothers-in-laws name mentioned. When I responded, “David Danziger is in charge of setting up the operations in Australia”, Malatskey went quiet.
Now I will tell you more of my background.
In early spring 1979 when I looked like this
and still 21 years of age, I completed a year long orientation into global banker-mining monopolist De Beers-Barclays which was directly overseen by its head Harry Oppenheimer who you are introduced to in chapter 1 of scholarly author, Edward J. Epstein’s 1978 non-fiction book, The Diamond Invention.
90% of De Beers-Barclays
transactions are “off balance sheet” and the remaining 10% are influenced a 100% by the “off balance sheet” acquisitions/mergers.
This makes a total farce of the entire auditing profession, forget for the moment the entire concept of “making money” that is so often interchanged with “profit”.
In July 2002 when communicating with Malatskey, I was not only a very healthy 45 year old, but I understood the auditing business far better than Malatskey.
I was also working intimately with the most successful shareholder class action litigators here in the United States; to be clear the most successful of them.
The moment Malatskey confirmed with his silence that he too was shocked that David Danziger’s name had never come up, I knew that it was just a question of time before David Danziger was going to be stabbed in the back.
No doubt you will have heard of how insecure people react negatively to those saving them by doing the exact same dirty deed.
Not waiting a moment after putting the phone down to Malatskey, I called and spoke with my sister Kathy. Nor did I need to provide my very financially unsophisticated sister my CV in order for her to listen very carefully to what I had to say. I also knew better than to ask her to let me speak with David Danziger who I got along with very well, without however ever “talking business” given how I knew that his level of financial sophistication was not much more than my sister or for that matter my two elder brothers; moreover my middle brother Melvin is an accountant, but also clueless about the monetary system really works; because it does not work when you have the world’s most wildly successful mineral monopolist able to do as they please.
When you work for an organization like De Beers-Barclays and also see all their dealings from a very high perched position, you know better than to talk.
I simply told my sister, “I just had a conversation with Jeffrey Malatskey who is best friends with one of David’s South African partners and Malatskey had never heard of David. David is about to get fucked. Let me know if I can be of further help?”
Besides for my very on top of things Française-Canadienne wife Marie Dion who gets it right with, “People with little intelligence have great difficulty feeling stupid”, the only other people who knew what was happening were my mother Zena, who is the lady standing next to me in the photo above and feeling very proud of my accomplishments, and my father Bernie
who was now living in Melbourne, very near to my sister and my brother in law.
Of course David Danziger was able to figure out on his own how to protect his back, but you also know that when someone does the dirty on you, they do not forget that you caught them about to do the dirty on you.
It is not only David Danziger’s South African partners who were watching David and my sister’s success. There isn’t a successful business that De Beers-Barclays fail to watch closely, especially if there is a Gevisser involved.
After I left De Beers-Barclays within a year of joining them officially, I not only kept my mouth shut, they didn’t forget me; but they had no reason to distrust me because it was obvious that I was not speaking. Nor did I accuse them of “wrongdoing” after my liver was poisoned while working for them on 47th Street, NYC at their most important “site holder” on US soil and had to return to South Africa for medical treatment, because not only could it have been accidental, even though I arrived in New York very healthy, but if there was “foul play” it most likely would have been an extended family member also working at site holder Codiam Inc. who might have been jealous.
Most importantly, I hadn’t burned any bridges at De Beers-Barclays; and no less important I had got on with my life and made a pretty good success without ever going to De Beers-Barclays either to form a strategic alliance and/or financing.
If you haven’t already gathered, De Beers-Barclays offer the lowest cost of capital when loaning monies because they have the lowest cost of capital of any financial institution. Their “diamond currency” which they are prone to use in “off balance sheet” transactions cost them not a penny to produce and they also price fix their exclusive “diamond currency”.
When I broke my 24 year silence with De Beers-Barclays on 11.11.2004, I did not keep it a secret from my 3 elder siblings and the 3 of them would have been that much more closely watched by De Beers-Barclays.
De Beers-Barclays were of course not very happy that I was now telling the world their best kept secrets.
David Danziger in your June 29, 2016 article says:
“The worst thing you can do is just rush in and pick up companies with a strong balance sheet for the sake of it”.
Danziger and my sister as well as my 2 elder brothers have read Epstein’s book.
In the real world of De Beers-Barclays there is no such thing as a strong balance sheet unless you are talking about their balance sheet and then again, De Beers-Barclays place little to no value on the financial reporting of either public or private companies.
What is being done to my mother in order to keep the truth hidden is not right. This is not the way to treat the best person on the planet.
The world should know what is going on. I would like your help.
